Reservation & Refund Policy
Your **180 Kickstarter pledge and will not be deducted from it.
Changed your mind? Simply email service@bernywatch.com with your Shopify order number to request a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed upon request, not automatically. Refunding an unused reservation cancels its VIP eligibility. If the Kickstarter project is canceled or does not reach its funding goal, your reservation fee will also be refundable.

Pricing: USD prices are estimates. Kickstarter charges in the project's original currency, so exchange rates and payment-provider fees may affect the final amount.
Shipping & Taxes: BERNY covers shipping, applicable taxes, and import duties for the VIP watch and complimentary green strap. If a separate tax payment is required through Kickstarter Pledge Manager, BERNY will reimburse the verified eligible charge. Optional extras may be subject to separate charges.
Limited Serial Numbers: Up to 100 numbered watches will be allocated sequentially. VIP reservation does not guarantee a numbered piece.
Important: This VIP reservation is managed directly by BERNY and operates independently of Kickstarter.

Does $1 buy me a watch?
No. Your $1 reservation secures access to the exclusive $180 VIP watch reward. The reservation fee is separate from your Kickstarter pledge and is not deducted from the $180 price.
How do I claim my VIP reward?
We'll email your exclusive VIP reward link when the Kickstarter campaign launches. Simply follow the instructions and complete your $180 pledge within 7 days. If you use a different email on Kickstarter, contact service@bernywatch.com or service@bernywatches.com
with your Shopify order number and Kickstarter backer number.
Can I get my $1 back?
Yes. If you decide not to proceed, email service@bernywatch.com with your Shopify order number to request a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed upon request, not automatically, and cancel any unused VIP access. Your fee is also refundable if the project is canceled or unsuccessful.
Are shipping, taxes and duties covered?
Yes. BERNY covers shipping, applicable taxes, and import duties for your VIP watch and complimentary green strap. If Kickstarter Pledge Manager collects a separate eligible tax charge, BERNY will reimburse it after verification. Optional extras may incur additional charges.
Do I choose a style now?
Not yet. Your reservation covers one watch from 20 available styles. You'll select your preferred edition and confirm your specific style through the Kickstarter and Pledge Manager process. VIP access does not guarantee a numbered watch.
When will watches ship?
We plan to begin shipping in batches in early December 2026, following the Kickstarter campaign. Shipping dates are estimates, not delivery dates. Updates will be shared on Kickstarter.
