Our shipping policy

To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and received within the time frame advertised by us, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. Using the correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. If the address information provided at the time of purchase is incorrect or entered incorrectly, we will not be liable for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments.

We will ship to the post office box via USPS. However, the post office box does not provide expedited transportation. Other carrier options are available, and we reserve the right to change the carrier at any time.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Berny Watch to import goods on his behalf. In addition, the consignee/buyer agrees that Berny Watch can delegate its obligation to import goods to subcontractors (such as customs brokers). The consignee will pay taxes and fees in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
