- Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After the initial 24-hour period, we will consider the product to be in perfect condition without any issues. We appreciate your prompt inspection.Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that we only accept returns if the returned Products meet the "Return Conditions" and do not belong to the "Return Exclusions”described below.
1.Return without quality issues
For Products purchased at the Website, you can apply for a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products (based on the date of receipt on the logistics document), and you are responsible for return shipping costs,
●Customer-related problems: if a customer changes their mind, ordered items by mistake, finds a better price, or items don't fit as expected.
2.Return with quality issues
For Products with quality problems purchased at the Website, you can request a return within twenty four(24) hours from the date of receipt of the Products (based on the date of receipt on the logistics document). We are responsible for return shipping costs.
It is our policy to satisfy the“Return Conditions”described below and the quality problems are verified by our after-sales service center. Please note:
1.Damage caused by improper use,repairs through 3rd parties,or damage caused by your own alteration or other human factors will not be considered as a quality issue.
2.If the Products are clearly indicated with defects at the time of purchase, i.e. B-grade or products with identified cosmetic defects, such defects are not considered as quality problems and will not be accepted for return.
3.Return under other circumstances
1.Although the receipt of the goods has not been confirmed, if the Products are shipped from our warehouse and tracking code is ready, should you apply for a refund, you still need to request a return based on the actual condition of the Products upon receipt of the Products (based on the date of receipt on the logistics document) and assist us in returning the Products. Once we confirm that the return conditions and requirements are met, we can proceed to the refund stage. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
2.If the Products show as “delivered” in the tracking information but you are not actually received them, you need to contact us within twenty four(24) hours from the date of receipt of the Products (based on the date of receipt on the logistics document) via email service@bernywatch.com to discuss the specific return process .
3.For other situations not mentioned, please contact us via email service@bernywatch.com to negotiate.
- Return conditions
1.the Products are sent back within the stated return period;
2.the Products are in original condition (for example, the Products are kept intact, unused,or unaltered, no stains or cosmetics on the products) and the conditions for re-sale of the Product has not been affected;
3.the outer package of the Product is intact (including the plastic bag or box; please do not stick any tapes or labels directly on our watch boxes, please put the watch box into another box or bag), the Product accessories, instructions, tags, labels, etc. should all be kept intact;
4.If the Product / parcel has additional gifts (gift with purchase promotion), please return the gift together. The gift needs to be kept in the condition as it was received. If the gift cannot be returned, we have the right to ask you to pay for the gift according to the price of the gift we have indicated.
- Return exclusions
1.Products not sold through the website www.bernywatch.com;
2.Products that are bought during specific offers or promotional events which explicitly state that return or exchange are not allowed;
3.Customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) that are confirmed;
4.Where the Product is used, repaired through 3rd parties, damaged, and other merchandise not in re-sale condition;
5.where the electronic invoice or order number issued at the time of purchase is lost;
6.Orders that exceed the return period;
7.Products that are clearly indicated with defects at the time of purchase, and then returned with defective reasons;
8.Other circumstances in which the consumer has no right to return according to this policy and the applicable law.
- Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.
- Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time(Generally within 7 working days, except for special circumstances) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note:
1.We have the right to deduct the partial refund amount if your returned Products were bought together with other Products to enjoy our threshold promotions or offers;
2.We have the rights to deduct the shipping fee from your refund amount if your returned Products were bought together with other merchandise to enjoy a free shipping promotion;
3.We will deduct any import taxes, duties and/or custom (administrative) costs as far as these have been charged to us from the amount to be refunded.
If the return does not meet the return conditions or requirements, we will contact you and return the Product(s) to you at your cost.
Items that are not sent back are not considered RETURN or REFUND. For any refund/return cases, the incorrect item OR item that you would no longer like has to be returned.
Please take note that if you would like to make a refund before order is processed (shipped), bank/Paypal handling fee will not be refunded.

bernywatch.com honors a 1 years International Guarantee for all watches purchased on its website. This guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects. Please note that the warranty is only valid if the certificate is dated and correctly completed.
